Our crew
Family-owned. Detroit proud.
Built on family.
Finished with pride.
Carlos Sr. started working in flooring about 25 years ago — and growing up, Carlos Jr. rode along to job sites, sweeping floors, carrying planks and learning the trade firsthand.
After years of installing for other companies, Carlos Sr. founded BRC Flooring in 2019 to do things the right way: his own crew, honest pricing and craftsmanship he could put his name on. Today father and son run every project side by side.
