This is home - our crew is based right here in Detroit. We're a father-and-son team: Carlos Sr. has more than 30 years on his knees installing floors, and Carlos Jr. runs the crew with him. The person who measures your Detroit home is the person who installs your floor.
A lot of homes here date from the 1920s and 1940s, which means plaster walls, uneven old subfloors, and original oak under layers of carpet. We check for all of that at the free in-home estimate, bring samples to see in your own light, and leave a written quote. Plenty of Detroit basements have old block walls that weep in spring, so we'll tell you honestly which floors belong down there.
