Pontiac has a mix you do not see everywhere: brick bungalows and colonials from the early and middle 1900s, ranches on the quieter streets, and apartments and lofts downtown inside older commercial buildings. That mix matters for flooring. Older houses often have uneven plywood or plank subfloors, a few squeaks, and a basement that gets damp after a hard spring rain. We look at all of that during the estimate, before we recommend a product, so you are not sold a floor that fights the house.
Every project begins the same way. One of us comes to your door for a free in-home estimate, measures each room, shows you samples in your own light, and gives you an honest quote you can read through at your own pace. If you go ahead, the same family crew that measured does the install. There are no subcontractors, so you know who is in your house, and we haul away the old floor when we leave.
BRC Flooring is run by Carlos Sr., a master installer with more than 30 years in the trade, and his son Carlos Jr., our lead installer. Between the crew we have around 30 years of hands-on experience, and customers keep mentioning the same things in our reviews: we show up on time, we work fast, we leave the room clean, and the price on the quote is the price. Pick the floor you are curious about below, or book your free estimate and we will talk it through at the house.
