Sheet vinyl comes off a large roll, so a small room can be covered with no seams at all. That makes it a smart pick for laundry rooms, mudrooms, and bathrooms. BRC Flooring installs it across Metro Detroit for homeowners and landlords alike.
For larger rooms where you want a wood look, luxury vinyl plank is usually the better fit. We will compare the two at your estimate.

Why prep matters more with sheet vinyl
Sheet vinyl is thin and flexible, so it shows every flaw underneath. Old Detroit subfloors often have patched boards, nail heads, or dips. We smooth the surface before we cut a single piece.
If old flooring has to come out, we remove it ourselves through floor demolition and prep so you only deal with one crew.

Cutting it right the first time
The craft is in the template and the cut. We make a paper pattern for tricky rooms, scribe around toilets and cabinets, and glue it down so edges stay flat.

Sometimes, if the old layer is smooth and bonded. Often it is better to remove it. We will tell you at the estimate.
